The Park at Othello Station is at the gateway to Seattle on Sound Transit's Link Light Rail. The project creates retail streets and 20,000 square feet of retail space fronted on Martin Luther King Jr. Way and South Othello Street. Community uses and garden apartments facing the 7.6 acre Othello Park and Playground. A large central courtyard includes private terraces fronting on a gathering commons. The 360-degree view rooftop deck includes several gathering spaces, entertainment zone and central hot tub.
